I just got a Altec 802-8G with this wierd diaphragm installed in it.
I know it is not Altec or GPA and it does not look like another Radian I have.

    Can anyone accurately ID it?

    Thanks

Looks cheap Chinese to me. There are a dozen or so suppliers there.

Thats my impression too Old Guy.

I always bid accordingly when the only info is a view of the DMM reading which in this one is 6.7.
Tells me nothing more then the diaphragm is not open.
